1. Scope
These terms apply to your use of Jeton Basket (the “App”), developed by Koray Sadıklar. The App is distributed through the App Store and is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms supplement the EULA; if they conflict, the EULA prevails. By using the App you accept these terms.
2. License
You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying or distributing the App’s code, art or audio is not permitted.
3. Virtual coins and items
- Coins, balls, arenas, scoreboard themes and power-ups are virtual items for use inside the App only. They have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or sold.
- Game progress and your coin balance are stored only on your device. Deleting the App or switching devices may lose this data.
- Coin packs are consumable and cannot be restored. “Remove Ads”, the permanent items in the Starter Pack and the VIP subscription can be restored with the same Apple Account using Restore purchases.
- Prices, rewards and content may change in updates to keep the game balanced.
4. VIP Club subscription
- VIP Club is a weekly auto-renewable subscription. The price is shown in your local currency on the App Store before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and benefits continue until then.
- VIP benefits are listed in the App (no ads between games, daily coins, rewards without watching ads, an exclusive ball, etc.).
5. Payments and refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests follow Apple’s policies and can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
6. Ads
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. Watching rewarded ads is optional; the reward is granted when the ad completes. How ad data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. Fair play
Cheating, automation, modifying the App or manipulating scores is prohibited, and such scores may be removed from leaderboards. Runs that use power-ups or continues are ranked on separate leaderboards.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App.
9. Changes and termination
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated terms. The license may end if you breach these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
