Jeton Basket is developed by Koray Sadıklar, the data controller. Contact: destek@jetonbasket.app
2. No account needed
You don’t need an account, and you don’t have to give us your name, email or phone number. We don’t store any data about you on our own servers.
3. What is processed and why

4. Ads and tracking
The app is free and shows Google AdMob ads. iOS asks whether the app may track you across other companies’ apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, your advertising identifier is not shared and non-personalized ads are shown; the whole game stays playable.
Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are also asked for consent through Google’s consent form; you can change this later in Settings → Privacy options inside the app. How Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Buying “Remove Ads” or VIP turns off ads between games.
5. Legal bases and international transfers
Processing is based on performing our agreement with you (running the app and purchases), legitimate interests (debugging, fraud prevention) and your consent for personalized ads. Apple and Google may process data outside your country.
6. Retention
Game data stays on your device until you delete the app. Data held by Apple and Google follows their own policies.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.
8. Your rights
You may request information about, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing, by emailing destek@jetonbasket.app. Deleting the app removes all game data from your device. You can withdraw tracking permission at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with its update date.
